Emily earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Sport Studies from Miami University of Ohio. As a certified consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, Emily works with individual athletes and teams from youth to the collegiate level, in sports ranging from basketball, volleyball, soccer, and track, to competitive figure skating and Scottish Highland dancing. Emily has presented at various conferences, including the American Psychological Association’s annual conference and the Urban Soccer Symposium. As the Assistant Director of Sport and Performance Psychology at HPSports, she delivers workshops for athletes, parents, and coaches at the collegiate level and sees athletes in one-on-one sessions for performance enhancement. She is member of the American Psychological Association Division 47 and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Emily played basketball and soccer, and sprinted in track.
